By accessing or using the ReStock'd application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

ReStock'd is a household inventory management application that allows users to:

Track items in their fridge, freezer, and pantry
Receive expiration alerts and notifications
Generate automatic shopping lists
Set store preferences for items
Access recipe suggestions based on inventory
Use voice commands for inventory updates
Share household access with up to 8 members

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Pricing:

Monthly subscription: $8.99 per month
Annual subscription: $25.00 per year

Free Trial:

New users are entitled to a 3-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Billing:

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
All payments are processed securely through our payment processor
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

5. Household Sharing

Each subscription allows sharing with up to 8 household members. The account owner ("Primary User") is responsible for:

Managing household member access
Ensuring all household members comply with these Terms
All activity within the shared household account

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Share your account credentials with non-household members
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and the ReStock'd mascot character, are the exclusive property of ReStock'd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (inventory items, preferences, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Expiration date tracking will be 100% accurate
Recipe suggestions will meet dietary requirements or restrictions
The Service will be compatible with all devices

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESTOCK'D SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of data or profits
Food spoilage or waste
Health issues related to food consumption
Any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReStock'd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
